What people ask before they start
Is internet needed during the stock count?
No. The PDAs talk to the PC over the store's Wi‑Fi. Internet is only needed for the licence check, updates and, if you want it, sending to the server.
Which PDAs are supported?
Android devices. On Zebra the trigger is set up automatically. On a plain phone, scanning is done with the camera.
What is needed on the PC?
A Windows computer. One installer sets everything up, and the PDAs connect by scanning a QR code.
Can I follow progress from my phone?
Yes. The PC platform also opens on a phone or tablet on the same Wi‑Fi, at the same address. Monitoring refreshes by itself every 15 seconds, and you can add it as an icon on your home screen.
How do updates arrive?
From Settings, with one button. A backup is kept before every update, and the PDAs update themselves from the PC.
Does it work for pharmacies?
Yes. Open the stock count as "Pharmacy" and the PDA reads the Data Matrix on the box: product code, serial number, batch and expiry go into the entry by themselves. Plain barcodes work as usual, and the Excel comes out with SN, LOT, EXP columns.
How do I print the zone labels?
From the PC, on the "Zone labels" page. Pick a template (Zebra roll 60×30, 50×25, 100×50 or A4 sheets with 1, 4, 8, 16 labels), a zone range, and print on your printer. For a Zebra roll you can also download a ZPL file that is sent straight to the printer.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes, for 7 days with all features. Only file exports require the licence.
